Nadja’s mediation practice comprises executive, workplace, commercial, intergovernmental, and cross-cultural conflict situations. She is consistently named as a top mediator in the International Who’s Who Legal of Mediation.
Nadja’s mediation approach is tailored to both the disputants and the nature of the dispute. Comfortable with facilitating two-party and multi-party disputes with large numbers of people, she employs a variety of interventions, depending on context. Nadja has mediated disputes in Australia, the Pacific, Asia and Europe.

Nadja has published 30 books and 200 papers on conflict management topics and her work has been translated into Chinese, Arabic, German, French, Russian and Dutch. Nadja is editor of the international book series, Global Trends in Dispute Resolution and co-editor of the Kluwer Mediation Blog.
Her books include Mediation Skills and Techniques, Negotiation: Strategy Style Skill, and the seminal award-winning work, International and Comparative Mediation.
An award-winning educator, Nadja conducts training across topics including communication, culture, presentations, negotiation, mediation, and leadership.

Dispute Resolution Policy / Law Adviser
Nadja offers dispute resolution policy and law advising for governments, courts, financial authorities, international development organisations, civil society groups and other entities.
Nadja has pioneered a systemised approach to analysing and designing mediation laws and the policies. For designing dispute resolution legal and institutional framework, she created her highly successful eco-system model.
She is regularly engaged in the context of legal and institutional reform, mediator professionalisation initiatives and mediator training and education.
She works as a consultant with the World Bank Group, International Development Organisation, the Asian Development Bank Institute and other entities. Nadja is a a member of the Lead Academic Group for the APEC ODR Collaborative Framework.
